EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY:
- Gift Cards: Unused SNËAK gift cards can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase. To do so, please contact us and provide the gift card number.
- Gift Bags: Gift bags cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Outlet Store Products: Items purchased from SNËAK outlet stores cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or if purchased in Israel, Spain, or Russia (please note that Return Policy timeframes may vary depending on the store’s location).
- Sports Club Products: Sports club products purchased online from the SNËAK store cannot be returned.

Customized Orders: Customized SNËAK orders cannot be returned at SNËAK stores.

In-Store Returns: Orders placed on the SNËAK website or app can only be returned in eligible SNËAK stores within the same country where the original purchase was made.

In-Store Refunds: SNËAK stores that accept returns of products purchased online cannot process online money transfers and may, alternatively, offer a gift card, at the store manager's discretion.

Partner and Outlet Stores: SNËAK partner stores and SNËAK outlet stores do not accept returns of orders placed on the SNËAK website or app.

Gift Card Orders: Orders of products purchased using a gift card on the SNËAK website or app cannot be returned in any SNËAK store.
